These are default and require no setting from you.<\/p>\n\n<p>Click on the symbol (clock) to see all your notifations.<\/p>\n\n<p>Delete a notification by clicking the red cross. Notifications that you have unsaved changes to an order are <strong>not cleared<\/strong> when you click <em>Clear all notifications.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to clear such a notification, remember that you will then also delete your unsaved changes. You will receive a warning and need to confirm that you want to clear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cloud symbol indicates that you have unsaved changes to an order from being offline (locally stored) or forgetting to save changes to an order.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p><a class=\"heroickb_exit_link\" href=\"?hkb-redirect&#038;nonce=d75c3df6d1&#038;check=5l4eo&#038;redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.serviceprotokoll.se%2Fknowledge-base%2Fsymboler-farger-och-begrepp-vad-star-de-for%2F&#038;otype=unknown&#038;oid=0&#038;source=block-content\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"134\">Learn more about the symbols.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your account settings<\/h4>\n\n<p>Access &#8220;Manage Account&#8221; by clicking on your user name.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Send email upon notification<\/h5>\n\n<p>Sends an email to your email address when a new notification is created. If you are assigned an order or if you are assigned to a customer user who submits an error report, an e-mail is always sent.<br\/>You set up other e-mail messages under the header <strong>Notifications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Send SMS vid notifikation<\/h5>\n\n<p>Enables SMS notifications. Enter your mobile number in the Phone field. The number must be entered with country code preceded by a \u201c+\u201d.<br\/>You set which messages you want under <strong>Notifications.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Send push notifications<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p>Enables push notifications for your device. This enables the system to send notifications even when you are not logged into the system.<\/p>\n\n<p>ATTENTION! This only works on some browsers and phones. If the box is \u201cgreyed out\u201d, you have either denied permission to notifications or your browser\/phone is not yet supported.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><h5 id=\"choose-notification-subjects\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choose notification<\/h5><\/h5>\n\n<p>If you have chosen to receive notifications via e-mail or SMS, you set which activities and changes you want notifications for under Notifications. E-mail message\/SMS sends with information about which order it applies to and possibly customer.<br\/><br\/>\u201cFinished\u201d is when you have marked an order as ready.<\/p>\n\n<p>Keep in mind that your admin account does not send emails as it is not a \u201creal\u201d email.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><h5><strong>Service reminder<\/strong><\/h5><\/h5>\n\n<p>Activates a reminder in the form of a notification. It will appear one week before a scheduled and unbooked service occurs. Service reminders can be received on assigned service orders or on all service orders.<\/p>\n\n<p>Here you can also set which focus you want when you insert articles \u2013 description or article number.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assigned customer<\/h4>\n\n<p>If you are assigned to a customer, you will always receive a notification when the customer has submitted an fault report.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Notifications in the menu The notifications appear in the upper right part of the screen when you are logged in to the system.
