In the supplier register, you add and manage the list of your suppliers.<\/p>\n\n

Add supplier to the Supplier Register<\/h4>\n\n

You can either upload an xls file with details of suppliers or add them manually in Register \u2013 Suppliers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Click\u00a0 Register – Supplier.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Do this:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Click the +-symbol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Give the supplier a number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Fill in name and contact details. If you enter an email address, it will be used when you send a Purchase Order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If you want to send purchase orders to a supplier in a language other than yours, select language in the list under Language.\u00a0Here you find a list of all supported languages.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Upload supplier information via article file<\/h4>\n\n

    When you upload an article register, there are fields for the supplier name, ID-number and the supplier\u2019s article number in the sample file that you can find under Upload register<\/em>. Always download a new sample file as we add fields to it from time to time.<\/p>\n\nIf there are new <\/strong>suppliers in the article file you are going to upload, you must first add them to the Supplier Register to include the information about the supplier\n\n

    Multiple suppliers of an article<\/h4>\n\n

    If you have several suppliers of an article and specify one as the main supplier for the article, it is the one listed in the pick list on To Do<\/em>. The main supplier is the one you marked with a star on the article record. Click on the star after the supplier so it turns black.<\/p>\n\n

    The suppliers may have different article numbers for the same article. You then connect the article by entering the different article numbers under the ARTICLE NUMBER field.<\/p>\n\n

    Order an article<\/h4>\n\n

    If you have activated the Articles to bo ordered<\/em> field, you can quickly create a Purchase Order. Read more about Purchase orders<\/a>. In the Purchase order, you choose which supplier the order should be sent to.<\/p>\n\n

    Use EDI connection<\/h4>\n\n

    If you choose to use the suppliers’ EDI connections instead, you always have the current price of the articles and do not need to maintain an article register.<\/p>\n\n
