This function can e.g. be used to report incidents, risks at work, status reports… Reports can be found under the Function.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

You build reports using custom fields. You can also connect a service template to the report.<\/p>\n\n

Steg 1: Activate the Report function (requires adminpermissions)<\/h4>\n\n

  1. Go to Group settings.<\/em><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Report settings.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Create any number of custom fields<\/a>. Add answer options if desired. Answer options are not required but can be a good support for the person who is to report. It is always possible to write free text in the field when reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select Service template<\/em> that shall be used. Here you find instructions how to create a service template.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Step 2: Grant user permissions (requires admin permission)<\/h4>\n\n

    Give the users who should be able to see and use the report user permissions.<\/p>\n\n

    1. Click on a user and select Edit permissions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Scroll down to the heading Report and mark the permissions the user should have.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Steg 3: Create a report<\/h4>\n\n

      Go to Function – Report<\/em>. All your created reports are listed here.<\/p>\n\n

      1. Click the + sign<\/em> to create a new report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Fill in the fields. You can either choose from the list of suggestions entered in the report settings or write free text. The field increases as you type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Execute any service template. Here you can upload pictures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
