If you don&#8217;t have them, ask someone who does for help.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do this:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <em>Group Settings.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the one of us you want to activate under the <strong>Support<\/strong> heading.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the account and select <em>Activate.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We receive a notification that you have activated support, so you do not need to notify us.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you no longer want support to have access to your account, do the same but select <em>Deactivate<\/em> instead.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For security reasons, we always ask for permission to access your account (group) if you need support.
