For security reasons, we always ask for permission to access your account (group) if you need support.<\/p>\n\n

To do this you need to have admin permissions. If you don’t have admin permission, ask someone who does for help.<\/p>\n\n

Do this:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Go to Group Settings.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Find the one of us you want to activate under the Support<\/strong> heading.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the account and select Activate.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    We receive a notification that you have activated support, so you do not need to notify us.<\/p>\n\n

    When you no longer want support to have access to your account, do the same but select Deactivate<\/em> instead.<\/p>\n\n
