If you have many pictures and documents to be added to a registry entry, it may be a good idea to create folders.<\/p>\n\n

You can find the symbol for creating a folder at the bottom of a register entry for customer, facility, service object. If the symbol is not present, the function does not have the option of folders – yet.<\/p>\n\n

To create a folder:<\/h4>\n\n

  1. Click on the symbol<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Add a name on the folder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Create<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Adding files in the folder:<\/h4>\n\n

    1. Click on the folder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Drag files from your computer to the folder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Drop the file in the box<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Close the folder by clicking on the “house” symbol.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Upload folder:<\/h4>\n\n

      1. Click on Select folder<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Choose the folder you want to upload<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Agree to the folder being uploaded<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Max size of the folder is 100Mb.<\/p>\n\n

        Change name on file<\/h4>\n\n

        1. Click on the pen symbol to the right of the file you want to change<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Enter a new name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Choose Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          Here you can change the name of the file and choose whether it should be shown to the customer. Mobile view.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n

          Choose whether or not to display the file to customer users<\/h4>\n\n

          When you upload the file, you can choose whether it should be shown to the customer. By default, it is unchecked.<\/p>\n\n

          Click on the pencil to the right of the file. By default, the file is not displayed to customer users.<\/p>\n\n

          This default setting can be changed in the Group settings<\/a> – Group settings<\/em>. Select the option \u201cUploads shown to customer as default\u201d.<\/em> Admin permission is required to make the change.<\/p>\n\n

          Move files<\/h4>\n\n

          Drag and drop the file where you want it. If you want to move it out of a folder, first drag it to the house symbol, then you can drag and drop it into the correct folder. Below you will find a short video that shows how it works.<\/p>\n\n
