Activate the function<\/h4>\n\n<p>Start by activating the &#8220;Invoiced to&#8221; function. You do this under<em> Group settings &#8211; Module settings<\/em>. To activate the setting, you need to have admin permissions.<br\/>You mark the setting on the functions the field &#8220;other customer&#8221; should show.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In<em> Service object settings <\/em>check<em>:<\/em> Invoiced to enabled<br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <em>Facility settings <\/em>check: Invoiced to enabled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <em>Work order settings \u2013 View settings<\/em> check: Show invoiced to<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <em>Service order settings <\/em>check: Show invoiced to<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Service protocol settings check<\/em>: Show invioced to<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <em>Sales\u00a0order settings \u2013 View settings<\/em> check: Show invoiced to<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2. Add customer<\/h4>\n\n<p>Enter the customer details in your customer register.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3. Select customer<\/h4>\n\n<p>Search for and select the customer on the order, facility or service object<\/p>\n\n<p>If you specify that a facility or object is to be invoiced to another customer, this applies:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you add an order to a facility that is<em> invoiced to<\/em> another customer, that customer is automatically added to the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the <strong>service object<\/strong> has a different <em>invoiced customer<\/em> set &#8211; this customer is selected instead of the facility&#8217;s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If &#8220;invoiced to&#8221; is specified on an order etc., the &#8220;customer&#8217;s order number&#8221; and cost center are taken from that customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can be invoiced to<\/h4>\n\n<p>At a facility, you can specify one or more customers who are allowed to be invoiced at that facility.
