The symbol shows if the order is a:<\/p>\n\n Work Order<\/strong> – One-off tasks, such as a repair or installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Service order<\/strong> – Recurring assignments on (the same) service object, for example a service.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n The color shows whether the order is:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Future date –<\/strong> The date of the order’s planned action has not yet been reached.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n Started – A technician has entered an service object or action into the order.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n Missed order – Order has not been started even though the planned date has passed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n Completed (performed) order<\/strong> – Order complete, possibly ready for invoicing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n Invoiced<\/strong> – Order exported to financial system for invoicing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\nDifficult to remember what the colors and symbols stand for? You choose yourself whether the comment should then be read by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n .<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Gear – <\/b>Quick access to change, among other things, who the order is assigned to.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n Learn more about colors and symbols.<\/a><\/p>\n\n By clicking on a work order in the To Do list, you are taken to that order.<\/span><\/p>\n\n The view changes and you will see the following information:<\/p>\n\n Below this you can also see:<\/p>\n\n The task for the work order may include some or all of the following details. <\/p>\n\n Start performing the work order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n The work order is completed by filling in the measures taken and the articles used during the work.<\/p>\n\n A self check may be added on the work order. This means you may need to perform a risk analysis, safety check, or another type of inspection before the work can begin. The self checks might be set as a mandatory step that requires completion before you can proceed with the next step. Answer the self checks questions, provide the required information, and sign the self check.<\/p>\n\n There are two ways to complete a work order – through fast add articles (most common) or by clicking Edit.<\/span><\/p>\n\n Option 1 – Fast add<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Complete the task by clicking<\/span> + Add<\/span><\/i>\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/p>\n\n Option 2 – By clicking on <\/span>Edit <\/b><\/p>\n\n Click Edit at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n\n Click on\u00a0 <\/span>+ Add<\/span><\/i>\u2026 under measures, articles and comments to add the information.<\/span><\/p>\n\n When you have completed your work order and entered all the articles, you press Sign at the bottom of the page. <\/p>\n\n Sign. The order now has status <\/span>Performed <\/span><\/i>and is awaiting supervisors review before invoicing.
\nIf you see the button <\/span>Ready for invoicing<\/span><\/i>, click it.<\/span><\/p>\n\n By clicking on a service order in the To Do list it will open.<\/span><\/p>\n\n The view changes and you will see the following information:<\/p>\n\n Below this you can also see:<\/p>\n\n The service object is described with some or all of the following information:<\/p>\n\n At the bottom, there are options to upload documents or view objects on a map. <\/p>\n\n Start to perform the service<\/b><\/p>\n\n If there are 10 or more service objects on the order, the objects are “collated” and you click on the + symbol to open each service object.<\/p>\n\n Press the button Perform service<\/strong> at the bottom of the page<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n To quickly get to the bottom click on this symbol. You will find it at the bottom right.<\/em>\r\n The service order now generates a service protocol with service components to work over , which must then be signed.<\/span><\/p>\n\n Perform the service components according to the instructions.<\/p>\n\n Depending on the setup, each component may include different response options. Some also require a comment or a value.<\/p>\n\n If you need to add articles or time you click on <\/span>+ Add a part<\/b>.<\/span> You can choose to save changes if you are unable to complete the service and wish to continue the next day or at another time.<\/span><\/p>\n\n To continue with the service order, click <\/span>Continue<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n When you have completed your service and entered all the parts, it is time to press <\/span>Sign <\/b>at the bottom of the page.<\/span><\/p>\n\n If you have chosen to have the customer sign as well, let the customer sign och fill in the customer name in the signature name field. Then click <\/span>Save changes<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n The order now has the status <\/span>Performed <\/span><\/i>and is awaiting review by the supervisor before invoicing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n
