Perform and To Do is usually the home page you encounter when you log in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\nYou can change which page you get to when you log into the system. As a rule, you will work with the following display settings:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Assigned to me<\/strong> &#8211; Shows only orders that you are assigned to<br\/><strong>Not ready for invoicin<\/strong>g &#8211; Displays all orders that are not ready for invoicing<br\/><strong>Not assigned<\/strong> &#8211; If you have orders that everyone can take on their own initiative<\/p>\n\n<p>The <em>Save Settings<\/em> button allows you to have your selected settings as either:<br\/><br\/><strong>Favorite<\/strong> &#8211; The settings get a &#8220;shortcut&#8221; that you name yourself.<br\/><strong>Default<\/strong> &#8211; Every time you go to &#8220;To do&#8221; you will see all orders with these settings.<\/p>\n\n<p>Under the search box, you see which filters you have selected and how many orders your search returned.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/PS_EN_ToDo_filter_settings.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/PS_EN_ToDo_filter_settings.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19019\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Example: If you set to show only orders <strong>assigned to me<\/strong>, you will see your orders but no others.<br\/>You can also set a from-to date so you don&#8217;t have to see all the orders. You choose yourself whether the comment should then be read by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Gear &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quick access to change, among other things, who the order is assigned to.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p><a class=\"heroickb_exit_link\" href=\"?hkb-redirect&#038;nonce=4e26f0dd5b&#038;check=59l5l&#038;redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.serviceprotokoll.se%2Fen%2Fkb%2Fsymbols-and-colors%2F&#038;otype=unknown&#038;oid=0&#038;source=block-content\">Learn more about colors and symbols.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chapter 4: To Perform a work order<\/h2>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By clicking on a work order in the To Do list, you are taken to that order.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>The view changes and you will see the following information:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assigned to (name)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Below this you can also see:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Person of contact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The task for the work order may include some or all of the following details. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Task:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The name of the object<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Error\/Cause (may be a hidden field depending on the settings)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measures taken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Articles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Start performing the work order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The work order is completed by filling in the measures taken and the articles used during the work.<\/p>\n\n<p>A self check may be added on the work order. This means you may need to perform a risk analysis, safety check, or another type of inspection before the work can begin. The self checks might be set as a mandatory step that requires completion before you can proceed with the next step.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>Answer the self checks questions, provide the required information, and sign the self check.<\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are two ways to complete a work order &#8211; through fast add articles (most common) or by clicking Edit.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Option 1 &#8211; Fast add<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complete the task by clicking<\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">+ Add<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Measures taken.
