Admin permission is required for steps 1 and 2 and to enter certificates on users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1 \u2013 Add certificate types<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Go to Group Settings – Module Settings – Group Settings.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Scroll down to Certificate Types<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click + Add<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Submit a name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Save<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The system creates an icon with the first letter of the certificate name and a background color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. If you want to upload a symbol for the certificate, click on Add image<\/strong> under the respective certificate. This will then be displayed in all places where the certificate symbol is visible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2 – Add certificate to user<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    • Go to Group settings.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click on a user for which you want to enter certificates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Choose Edit certificate.<\/em> (image 1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Choose from the entered certificates and enter the validity period. (image 2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3 – Specify which certificate is required for a job<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      On work and service orders there is now a new field, Required certificates<\/strong>, where you add the certificate that is required for the work.\r\nNOTE! The field appears when you have created and saved an order, not during creation of an order..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click Edit<\/em> after Required Certificates<\/em>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Select certificate in the list<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Save the setting and shot the list by clicking on the red cross.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        If you are not sure what the symbol for the certificate stands for – click on the symbol and the name will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Now you have limited performing the order to technicians with the correct certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        How do I see which orders have certificate requirements?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        The symbol is displayed in the list of orders (only in the detail view).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        As a technician, I see in the list which orders I may or may not carry out. If I click on an order that requires an certificate I lack, I cannot execute it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Click on the filter symbol and you can filter orders with your different certificates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        What certificates do I have?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        Click on your username to get to your Account Settings<\/em>, where your certificates are listed. To enter new or change your certificates, admin permissions are required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
