Bug testing and development work is ongoing but is not one of our priority items. <a class=\"heroickb_exit_link\" href=\"?hkb-redirect&#038;nonce=5b9141122e&#038;check=7846p&#038;redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.serviceprotokoll.se%2Fen%2Fcontact-support-2%2F&#038;otype=unknown&#038;oid=0&#038;source=block-content\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"8\">Please get in touch if you want more information about this function.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1 &#8211; Set permissions for users<\/h4>\n\n<p>This step requires admin permissions. Go to <em>Group Settings<\/em> and click on the users who should be able to create templates and those who should use the feature. Select <em>Edit permissions<\/em>.<br\/>Scrolling more to the heading PRE WORK CHECK TEMPLATE.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PS_EN_preworkcheck_permissions.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20230\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2 &#8211; Go till <em>Function &#8211; Pre work check template<\/em><\/h4>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PS_EN_preworkcheck_menu.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20234\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the +-symbole to create a pre work check template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Give the template a name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add points and descriptions for your check points.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you want to change the order of the points, you &#8220;drag&#8221; the three dots and release where you want the point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Save when you&#8217;re done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PS_EN_preworkcheck_create_new.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20228\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3 &#8211; Add a pre work check on a Service order<\/h4>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PS_EN_preworkcheck_select_on_order.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20236\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open a Service order to add your pre work check.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the text Pre work check and a box will open listing your templates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the template you want to add. You can add several templates or change (replace previously selected) template until you choose to Save.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not want to go through the pre work check immediately, close it by clicking on the red cross.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you reload the page, you will see numbers eg 0\/8, where 0 indicates points that are not ready and 8 number of points in the template.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PS_EN_preworkcheck_select_on_order_step2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20232\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4 &#8211; Perform your pre work check<\/h4>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the text <em>Pre work checks<\/em> and your template will open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mark the points as they are completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save by closing the popup (click on the red cross).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>The function requires a reload of the page for you to see the number of clear points.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Search orders with pre work check template<\/h4>\n\n<p>Go to <strong>To do.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Under the filter function and <strong>Show only<\/strong> select one of these choices:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pre work check completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pre work check not completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pre work check not assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pre work check template is intended as a help to bring along \/ do the right things before going out for a service, a kind of simpler self-check before you leave the workshop\/office, etc. Pre work check template can be used on Service orders.
