Visiting address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b. Invoice address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c. Email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From Facility<\/h5>\n\n<p>If the order is created <strong>from a facility<\/strong>, the address of the facility is retrieved. If no address is found at the facility, the system proceeds to the customer according to point 3 above.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From customer<\/h5>\n\n<p>If an order is created <strong>from a customer<\/strong>, the customer&#8217;s <strong>visiting address<\/strong> is primarily retrieved. If there is no visiting address, the <strong>invoice address<\/strong> is retrieved.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quotation<\/h5>\n\n<p>Under <strong>delivery address<\/strong> on a quote, all of the customer&#8217;s addresses are listed. After each address, you can see what type of address it is (invoice address, visiting address&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n<p>When you print a quote (the standard printout), the <strong>visiting address<\/strong> of the customer and any <strong>delivery address<\/strong> specified <strong>on the quote<\/strong> are entered.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Person of contact<\/h4>\n\n<p>If you place the cursor in the contact field when creating an order, all contacts at the customer and the customer&#8217;s facilities are listed. If the contact is at a facility, you will see it in parentheses after the name.
