You can also send fault reports if you have the permission to do so.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>The permissions for your account is decided by the company which created the account.<\/p>\n\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If there is any of the information described below which you can\u2019t but wish to see, contact the company which created the account for you.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-default-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-06e072caad68fb146df18f09bbc6f49a\">Chapter 1: Sign in and search<\/h2>\n\n<p>When a company has added you as a customer user, you will receive an email with your login credentials. If you want to change the assigned password, you can do so after logging in.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-default-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-640b43120ee5196c2a81ee908ac9a8e5\">Log in:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/serviceprotocol.com\">serviceprotocol.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0You can also go directly to <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/app.serviceprotokoll.se\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">app.serviceprotocol.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">com<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/login_webpage_marked-1024x58.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21185\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter your email under <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Username<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the password you received in the email. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have forgotten the password, click on Forgotten password and follow the directions.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sign in<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>Change password:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on your user name<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/username_marked_computor-1024x162.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21187\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Change Password<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/change_password_account_marked.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21189\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow the instructions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>You can change certain account settings yourself. If you have the permission to receive emails or SMS notifications when your fault report results in a work order, you need to enable this in your settings.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/account_preferences_marked.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21191\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you select <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Send SMS on notifications<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you need to enter your mobile number.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><b>Search<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#13;\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can search for facilities, service objects and orders by clicking the respective title and using the search field. When searching, you can also use advanced filters by clicking on the blue box with a checkmark.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/facility_filter_marked-1024x385.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21193\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-default-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cfe2c418147bc1e19bdc98cc4d028c87\">Chapter 2: The customer page<\/h2>\n\n<p>The first thing you see when you sign in is your customer page. Here you get an overview of all your orders, objects, facilities, etc.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you have the necessary permissions, you can update your address and contact information. To do this, click on Edit at the bottom of the customer page. Don&#8217;t forget to save your changes.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/edit_marked.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21195\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/save_changes_marked.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21197\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Service orders<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work orders<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> you can click on the orders to see and read more about them. All blue text consists of links, for example, to orders.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/customercard_SO_WO_marked.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21199\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Once inside an order, you can see what work has been performed, whether any materials have been used, and who carried out the work.<\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you open an order, you can print the order or the protocol. Click on <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Print<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at the bottom of the page. For a service order, you first need to click on <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Show protocol.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/show_protokoll_marked-1024x172.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21201\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/print_protocol_marked.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21203\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-default-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3683cc9a72f584193f8dad45c25b43a5\">Chapter 3: Service object<\/h2>\n\n<p>On the customer page you can see your objects. To see more information, click the name of the object you wish to read more about.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/list_one_service_object_marked.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21205\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the top you can see information about the object, such as its name, serial number, previous service, next service etc. If the object is runtime-based, a <\/span><b>counter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is displayed.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/service_object_card_upper.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21207\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Below, we go through the information you can view regarding the service object<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the facility where the object is located is marked on the map, you will see its position with a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">blue<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pin. The object is displayed with a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">red<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pin.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/map_image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21209\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>Parts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Here you can see the articles used for servicing this specific object, along with the amount of each article.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/list_parts.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21211\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><b>Service orders<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#13;\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This displays previous services that have been performed. You can click on the blue numbers on the left to view the service report for a specific order. You can also see the status of a service, such as Invoiced.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/list_SO_marked.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21213\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><b>Work orders<\/b><\/p>\n\n<p>Here, the work orders linked to the object are shown. Click on the blue numbers on the left to view a specific work order and read more.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/list_WO_marked.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21215\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>Fault report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve created one or more fault reports on the object, you will see them here.
