Admin permission is required.<\/p>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vyinstallningar\">View settings<\/h6>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Show serial numbers on bookings: That is the order number. Added first in the information about the booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show customer names on bookings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show facility name on bookings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show monthly view on calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show weekly view on calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show day on the resource view<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show month on resource view (+ 3-month view)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show week on resource view <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always show description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send notifications on other bookings: Sends a notification when there is a booking type \u201cOther\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use rentable objects.<br\/>Enables the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/en\/knowledge-base\/rental-beta\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"10990\">Rental module <\/a>in the Planner and adds the field <em>Rentable<\/em> on a service object record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set custom status as text color<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set booking type as background<br\/>The system will as background color use the colors you set for the<a href=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/en\/kb\/create-own-booking-types\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"15753\"> booking types.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set order type as background<br\/>The system will as background color use the color you set for the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/en\/kb\/order-types\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"16447\">order type<\/a> set in Work order or Service order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show time on bookings.<br\/>Choose whether to display the time on bookings in the planner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show status on bookings<br\/>This is checked by default. Uncheck if you don&#8217;t want to see the status mark (the narrow stripe on the left of a booking) in the Calendar and Resource. You can control what information you want to include in this popup by choosing from these settings:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Show facility address<br\/>Shows the address of the facility in the right part. The information is displayed when you click on a booking to edit the booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show custom fields<br\/>Adds all custom fields linked to the order and their contents. The information is displayed when you click on a booking to edit the booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show agreement<br\/>Shows the agreement linked to the order in the right part. The information is displayed when you click on a booking to edit the booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show ordertype<br\/>Shows what order type the order has. Order types are set in <em>Work order- and Service order settings<\/em>. <a href=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/en\/kb\/order-types\/\">Learn more about order types here.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show invoiced to<br\/>Adds a field for invoiced to other customer. The field is displayed when you click on a booking to edit the booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PS_Planner_booking_Popup_show_extra.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20687\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Show invoiced to other customer, Custom fields, Facility and Agreement are activated here. The information is displayed when you click on a booking to edit the booking.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other type<\/h4>\n\n<p id=\"ovrigtid\">Select which time report type should be linked to <em>Other<\/em>\u00a0in the Planner. The list shows all your time report types. The same color as the selected time report type is also shown in the Planner.<br\/>If you do not make a selection, the selected type is <strong>Normal<\/strong> and <strong>black.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>To see and change colours do this:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Go to Time report<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll to the bottom of the page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <em>Edit types<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the type. To the right of each type is a colour field. Click on the field and a color palette will open where you can change the colour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save your changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Select own booking types<\/h5>\n\n<p id=\"bokningstyper\">If you want to use your own fonts to choose from when booking, fill them in here and choose the background color (first color field) and text color (second color field).<\/p>\n\n<p>Also choose in the view settings whether the booking types should be displayed as a background color in the <em>Planner &#8211; Resource.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Check the last box (see image below) if the type applies to an order. This will open the list of your orders when you make a booking. If you leave the box blank, the type will be an \u201cother type\u201d and the list of orders will not open.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/PS_EN_plannersetting_bookingtype.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15660\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Please note that you must enter <strong>all<\/strong> the variants you need.
