{"id":24577,"date":"2025-10-02T18:49:44","date_gmt":"2025-10-02T16:49:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=24577"},"modified":"2026-11-04T16:46:41","modified_gmt":"2026-11-04T15:46:41","slug":"how-to-find-group-settings","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/en\/kb\/how-to-find-group-settings\/","title":{"rendered":"How to find Group Settings"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Only those with admin permissions can access and change the page<em> Group settings.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Do this:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on your username in the upper right corner (on computer) or on a mobile unit on the tree dots in the header (see image 2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll to the bottom of the page <em>Account settings.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click on the button <strong>Go to admin page.<\/strong><\/span><br\/><br\/>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have chosen to use the <strong>side menu<\/strong>, click on the &#8220;Admin settings&#8221; link under your user icon.<\/p>\n\nTIP! If you often need to access <em>Group Settings<\/em>, you can set it as your home page under your <em>Account Settings<\/em>. See image below.
