Click on the user who should have the permission and select <em>Edit permissions<\/em>. Find <strong>QR VERIFICATION.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To be able to activate QR verification on a service object, the permission &#8211; <em>Activation<\/em> is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To view the saved information, <em>Perform<\/em> is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To scan the code, no special permission are required beyond the permissions to execute a service order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Activate on service object.<\/h5>\n\n<p>Click <strong>Edit<\/strong> on the service object. Under <strong>QR Verification<\/strong>, click <strong>activate<\/strong>. Save the change.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you want to remove the activation, do the same thing but click <strong>Inactivate<\/strong> instead.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/QR_EN_veri_step3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25287\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Print a label with the QR code<\/h5>\n\n<p>Click on the printer symbol on the service object and print a label. Answer <em>Yes<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first few times you will also be asked if you allow the system to access your location.
