What date is this then? Here we will figure it out!<\/p>\n\n<p>First &#8211; date can be different depending on the function in which it occurs.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Service<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>If Not handled \u2192 *<em>the order date<\/em> is displayed.<\/p>\n\n<p>If<strong> booking<\/strong> exists \u2192 <em>The next booking<\/em> is displayed<i>.<\/i><\/p>\n\n<p>If Performed \u2192 the date of <em>the service protocol<\/em> is displayed (if available), otherwise the *<em>date of the order.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>*When a service order is created, it will have a<em> created date<\/em> that is today&#8217;s date and a <em>planned date<\/em> that is based on the service interval you have set. If there is no service interval or if you have not selected an interval when creating the service order, the created date and planned date will be the same.<\/p>\n\n<p>Also note that there is a <em>Service Order setting<\/em> that can affect which date is displayed for the planned date: <em>Update planned date when booking<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work order<\/h4>\n\n<p>\u2192 <em>The planned date<\/em> is displayed.<\/p>\n\n<p>There are two <em>Work Order settings<\/em> that can affect the planned date:<em> Use planned date<\/em> (if this is not selected in the settings, there is no planned date) and <em>Set default planned date to today.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>If<strong><strong> booking <\/strong><\/strong>exists<em>\u2192<\/em> <em>The<\/em> <em>first booked date <\/em>is displayed.<\/p>\n\n<p>If changes have been made and there is a booking <strong>after<\/strong> the last change \u2192 <em>the next booking after the change<\/em> is displayed. Otherwise \u2192 display <em>the last booking.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>If no <strong>booking<\/strong> exists and the work order is <em>ready for invoicing<\/em> or already <em>invoiced<\/em> \u2192 <em>the last edit date<\/em> is displayed.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact order<\/h4>\n\n<p>If a<strong> booking<\/strong> exists \u2192<em> the date for the next booking<\/em>\u00a0is displayed.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sales order<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>\u2192 <em>The delivery date<\/em> is displayed, otherwise <em>the order date<\/em>, otherwise <em>the creation date<\/em> (in that order).<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Purchase order<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>\u2192 <em>The delivery date<\/em> is displayed.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quotation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>\u2192 <em>The delivery date<\/em> is displayed, otherwise <em>the valid to date<\/em>, otherwise <em>the created date<\/em> (in that order).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In many list views you will see a number of different dates, Planned date, Created date, last modified, dates you have entered yourself in a custom field, etc. There is often also one that is just called Date.
