Only when all assigned technicians have marked the part complete can the order be completed.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Conditions:<\/strong> The technician must be assigned to the order.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Admin \u2013 Set the permission<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <em>Group settings<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the user who should have the permssion to clear his part.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under <strong>Service protocol <\/strong>and <strong>Work order<\/strong> check \u201cSet individual ready\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technician &#8211; do this:<\/h4>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When you are finished with your work, click <strong>Set ready.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The signature box opens and you sign your work.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/PS_EN_assigned_set_ready.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20599\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Example from a work order.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PS_EN_protocol_Setready.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22237\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Example from a service protocol.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Last technician signs the order<\/h4>\n\n<p>If you have the permission to sign, you also have the sign button. If you are on a service protocol, the button is greyed out.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Always<\/strong> start by clicking <strong>Set ready.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The last technician to Set ready also needs to sign the entire order.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Have I marked Set ready?<\/h4>\n\n<p>When you have completed (set ready) and signed your part of the work, you will see a green check mark after your username under <strong>Assigned.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/PS_EN_SP_assigned_ready.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20601\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filter by completed\/uncompleted tasks<\/h4>\n\n<p>Under <strong>To do <\/strong>you can set filter on\u00a0SHOW ONLY:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No user assignment completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partially user assignment completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All user assignment completed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Used when each assigned technician should be able to mark their part of an order complete.
