{"id":26246,"date":"2025-12-18T21:35:59","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T20:35:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=26246"},"modified":"2025-12-18T21:43:40","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T20:43:40","slug":"deliveries","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/en\/kb\/deliveries\/","title":{"rendered":"Deliveries"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p id=\"leveranser\">Under <strong>Deliveries<\/strong>, you make and view inbound and outbound deliveries in your storages.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"leveranser\">A delivery can be made in several different ways:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>by clicking the <em>+sign<\/em> under <strong>Deliveries<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>through a <strong>Purchase order<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>through a <a href=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/en\/kb\/supplier-invoices\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"25227\">Supplier Invoice<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nThe quantity in stock is only updated when you have signed the delivery.\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"inleverans\">Inbound delivery<\/h5>\n\n<p>Click on the <em>+ sign<\/em> to make a new delivery.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under To storage, select which storage the delivery should be made to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the <em>From storage<\/em> field appears, leave it blank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select articles to be put into the storage. If you see the barcode symbol, you can use a barcode reader (scanner with Bluetooth connection) to add an article.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have activated the storage setting \u201cShow print quantity on deliveries\u201d, you may specify how many copies of labels to be printed in the column PRINT AMOUNT. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the articles are to have a storage location, fill it in. If the article is already in a storage location, it is already filled in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can add a comment regarding the delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign. Click the <strong>Create delivery<\/strong>\u00a0button at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/PS_PO_Create_delivery.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25824\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Select the articles you want to add to the storage and to which storage and place (if applicable) they should be received.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inbound delivery via supplier invoice<\/h4>\n\n<p>On the <a class=\"heroickb_exit_link\" href=\"?hkb-redirect&#038;nonce=9392f216a6&#038;check=25juk&#038;redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.serviceprotokoll.se%2Fen%2Fkb%2Fsupplier-invoices%2F&#038;otype=unknown&#038;oid=0&#038;source=block-content\">supplier invoice<\/a>, click <strong>Add to storage<\/strong>. If the article is in the &#8220;From storage&#8221;, you will see the number in that storage when you search for the article. See image below.<\/p>\n\n<p>Click the +-sign to make an outgoing delivery<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under <em>From storage<\/em>, select which storage the delivery should be made from.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <em>To storage.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select articles to be delivered. If you see the barcode symbol, you can use a barcode reader (scanner with Bluetooth connection) to add an article.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the quantity, number of labels if you want to print them, unit if it is not already filled in and any storage place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add, if any, a comment regarding the delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Save.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign the delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/PS_Storage_outbound_delivery-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25792\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"utleverans\">Outbound delivery<\/h5>\n\n<p>Click on the + sign to make a delivery if the articles should no longer be in your storage.<\/p>\n\nIf you have replaced an article that is in stock, you need to make a delivery of the replaced article. The stock balance is not transferred to the replacement article.\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under <em>From storage<\/em>, select which storage the delivery should be made from.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave the field <em>To storage<\/em> empty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select articles to be delivered. If you see the barcode symbol, you can use a barcode reader (scanner with Bluetooth connection) to add an article.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add, if any, a comment regarding the delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Save.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign the delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Concerning Visma integration<\/h4>\n\n<p>Manual deliveries created in Visma are not synced, however deliveries in our storage system are synced with Visma.
