{"id":27109,"date":"2026-03-02T20:29:27","date_gmt":"2026-03-02T19:29:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=27109"},"modified":"2026-03-02T20:29:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T19:29:29","slug":"customers-order-number","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/en\/kb\/customers-order-number\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer&#8217;s order number"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>When you create an order, the customer&#8217;s order number comes from the function you are creating the order from.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you create the order from the customer, the &#8220;customer&#8217;s order number&#8221; found on the customer card is added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you create the order from the facility, the &#8220;customer&#8217;s order number&#8221; found at the facility will be added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you create it by clicking on the <strong>+ symbol<\/strong>, the &#8220;customer order number&#8221; is first retrieved from the customer card. If you then add a facility that has a customer order number, this will be changed to the facility&#8217;s &#8220;customer order number&#8221;. If the facility has not specified one, the &#8220;customer order number&#8221; from the customer card will remain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can always change the &#8220;customer order number&#8221; on an order without affecting the number on the customer card or the facility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>For the &#8220;Customer&#8217;s order number&#8221; field to be displayed, the <em>Customer Setting<\/em> <strong>&#8220;Show order number (also applies to orders)&#8221;<\/strong> is required.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"faltet-kundens-ordernummer\">The Customer Order Number field and Fortnox<\/h5>\n\n<p>The information in the &#8220;Customer&#8217;s order number&#8221; field is sent to the &#8220;Your order number&#8221; field in Fortnox.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When you create an order, the customer&#8217;s order number comes from the function you are creating the order from.
