This is a feature under development.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The picking list under Storage<\/em> is used to include and check that all articles for a job are available in the storage.<\/p>\n\n

Using the filter function, you can search for picking lists with different statuses.<\/p>\n\n

User permission for pick list is needed. See more information under “Information for administrators.<\/a>“<\/p>\n\n

When can a pick list be created?<\/h4>\n\n

The picking list is always based on a single order<\/strong>. If you can create a picking list, the Create pick list<\/strong> button (see image 1) is located at the bottom of the order.<\/p>\n\n

The function is available on these order types:<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • On a service order<\/strong> with status Not handled<\/em>. Once the order has started, you can no longer create a pick list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Always on an work order.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • On a sales order<\/strong>, the button appears if the status is Received<\/em> or if you have entered your own status text in the “Status” field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    How do you create a pick list?<\/h4>\n\n
      \n
    • Open an order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Create Pick List<\/strong>. This will create a pick list with all articles<\/strong> on the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The pick list is named with today’s date and the order number and is found under Storage – Pick List.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Save<\/strong> if you don’t want to pick and check off the articles immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • When you pick, mark which articles you picked and the quantity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Save<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      If you want to continue on a saved pick list, click on the pick list number and then Edit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

      When you are completely finished with the list, click Completed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      Information for administrators – Give users permissions for Picklist<\/h4>\n\n

      Requires admin permission.<\/p>\n\n

      • Go to Group Settings<\/em> and click on the user who should have Pick List permissions. Select Edit permissions.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Select which permissionss the user should have: View, Edit, Create, Cancel and Delete.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
