Create<\/td>The user can create service orders.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Edit<\/td>The user can edit service orders.<\/td>As an admin, you can also change a service order that has been started. You will then see a button with the text Change*.<\/td><\/tr>
Edit assigned<\/td>The user can edit assigned service orders.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>

Remove\/edit uploaded file<\/td>The user has the permission to delete and modify uploaded files.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
View all custom statuses<\/td>When you have selected the setting \u201cRequires permission\u201d for a custom status and the user should be able to see and search for the status, select this.<\/td>Link: Custom status<\/a><\/td><\/tr>
Generate invoice<\/td>If you have this checked, a completed report will be sent directly to the financial system. If not, you will be asked if you want to send to accounting in a popup.<\/td>This setting is affected by Service Protocol: Generate Invoice. If both<\/strong> are unchecked, nothing is sent to accounting and you will not be asked if you want it.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n

View<\/td>The user has the permission to see the section Service – Service protocol.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
View assigned<\/td>The user sees the service protocol if the service order is assigned to them.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Create<\/td>The user can create a protocol. A protocol is created when you click Perform service and saved.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Edit<\/td>The user can change the service protocol.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Edit assigned<\/td>The user can change assigned service protocol.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Delete<\/td>The user can delete a service protocol.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>

Invoice<\/td>The “Ready for invoicing” button appears. For example: “Set ready for invoicing on signing” and “Ask “Send to ERP?” when protocol is completed”.<\/td><\/tr>
Generate invoice<\/td>The user has the permission to generate an invoice and if you have an integration with an accounting program, the user can send the invoice there.The user sees the button “Send order”.<\/td>See Service Protocol Settings<\/a> for settings that affect how the protocol is set for invoicing. Set individually ready<\/td>Used when each assigned technician should be able to mark their part of an order complete.
