Blank or 0 gives the next available order number.<br\/>Machinnr, MachineNo. or MachineNumber \u2013 existing machine number.<br\/>CustomerNo. \u2013 existing customer number.<br\/>SerialNo, MachineSerial, MachineSerialNo or MachineSerialNumber \u2013 existing serial number.<br\/>Date, Date or Startdatum \u2013 order date.<br\/>Planned \u2013 used if none of the above date headers exist.<br\/>Created \u2013 used if neither the date nor planned column exists.<br\/>Status \u2013 if you enter a numeric value:<br\/>\u2022 0 = Not Handled<br\/>\u2022 1 = Waiting For Delivery<br\/>\u2022 2 = Ready For Service<br\/>\u2022 3 = Performed<br\/>\u2022 4 = Started<br\/>\u2022 5 = Custom<br\/>Assign \u2013 assigned technician username.<br\/>DayInterval \u2013 service interval in days.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The headings are case insensitive and spaces around the heading are removed. A suitable template is:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ordernr | CustomerNo | MachineNo | SerialNo | Datum | Status | Assign | DayInterval<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Important:<\/em><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unknown or custom columns are ignored. The import does not support custom fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use CustomerNo together with MachineNo or SerialNo to ensure the correct connection. The customer and service object must normally already be added to your group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date should be a real Excel date cell. If you enter the date as text, the import may give today&#8217;s UTC date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assign looks up the user on Username only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Import may be slow if you upload files that are too large.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: You cannot import articles on Service orders.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Excel import for service orders supports the following column headings: OrderNo. \u2013 Enter integers only.
