This feature is available in Edit mode. Click the gear to change the settings<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is what you can do:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sort rows by dragging the three dots (\u201cChange order\u201d \u2013 see image 2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>choose whether the prices should be displayed in a popup or with the information in one line<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>choose which columns to display<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your settings are saved immediately and used in all item lists in <strong>Edit<\/strong> mode regardless of where you made the setting, i.e. the setting you made in a work order is also used in service orders, service protocols, sales orders and quotes.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/PS_articlelist_change_order_marked.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-30006\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Image 2. Here, all are selected.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What prices would you like to see?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To change which prices are displayed, make sure \u201cShow prices in a popup\u201d is unchecked.
