{"id":9494,"date":"2023-03-09T09:26:57","date_gmt":"2023-03-09T08:26:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=9494"},"modified":"2025-11-04T16:28:02","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T15:28:02","slug":"delivery-notes","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/en\/kb\/delivery-notes\/","title":{"rendered":"Delivery notes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sales order<\/h4>\n\n<p>To print a delivery note when selling, click<em> Print \u2013 Print delivery note <\/em>at the bottom of a sales order.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purchase<\/h4>\n\n<p>When a supplier has sent a delivery note and it has been processed in the system, it is available under <em>Function &#8211; Delivery notes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>If you have entered an order number, the delivery note will automatically be parsed.<\/p>\n\n<p>The only thing you need to remember is to enter the numbers in the order number in a sequence. However, it is possible to include letters in the order number. A search box opens where you can search or scroll through all your current orders.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PS_EN_Deliverynote-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9953\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Image 2.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>To attach a delivery note to a <strong>Storage<\/strong>, click <em>Add to Storage<\/em>. In the search box that opens, you can search for and see a list of all your Storages. Sign the inbound delivery.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>The Inbound delivery can also be found in the list of <strong>Deliveries<\/strong> under the <strong>Storage<\/strong> tab with status<em> In draft.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Should you mistakenly click on the wrong order or storage, there is a <strong>Restore<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery notes from TVH<\/h4>\n\n<p>When it comes to delivery notes from TVH, these are entered depending on <strong>the delivery date of the order in TVH&#8217;s internal system<\/strong>.
