As an administrator, you can manage permissions for your users and your customer users. By setting permissions, you give users the permission to use certain parts of the system. These parts can e.g. be the ability to create and modify items, or only perform work or service orders.<\/p>\n\n

The only parts of the system that you need to contact us to get permission to use are Service<\/a> and all functions therein (for those of you who have only selected Work Orders), Statistics<\/a>, Leek Detection <\/a>and Klink (a monitoring unit that collects data from your units via the internet, alarms when set limit values \u200b\u200bare reached for optimised operation). You can set all others yourself.<\/p>\n\n

Admin permissions are required to grant and change permissions for users in the system.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

How to select permissions<\/h4>\n\n
    \n
  1. Go to Group settings<\/a><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Scroll down to the\u00a0Users<\/em>\u00a0section. Click on the person you want to grant or change permissions for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select\u00a0Edit permissions.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Tick \u200b\u200bthe permissions you want the user to have or choose a template that you created and then press Save<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    A user marked with\u00a0(external)\u00a0means that it has limited permissions.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

    2. Select the new settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Have you selected a user permission template? Your changes to the user will not affect the template.<\/p>\n\n

      Only able to Perform?<\/h4>\n\n

      If you want an employee to only be able to execute a work order and not be able to change anything on a work order, you choose this permission together with View permission. The employee can still add articles and Self-Checks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
