The example is from group that has used everything from Custom Status to Work Order Types.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>You can filter on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Time interval<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facility<br\/>To be able to select facility choose customer first.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service object<br\/>If you have chosen a customer the customers service objects will be listed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Model<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Category &#8211; see more in the next paragraph.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type of order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assigned to (user)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Added by (only displayed if you have selected articles under TYPE)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SHOW ONLY gives you the option to filter on a variety of statuses such as Ready for invoicing, signed, assigned, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date interval.<br\/>Day is from 00:00:01 to 23:59:59.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Depending on what you use, the following is also displayed:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subgroups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tags<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Category<\/h4>\n\n<p>Category is used, for example, to retrieve information about a certain type of model from one or more customers. To identify such, you put these service objects together in a category. Click <em>+Add Category.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/PS_EN_Statistics_addcategory.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/PS_EN_Statistics_addcategory.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9684\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Image 2: Add category<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>This function can be used, for example, to see if you have models that often have the same kind of problem.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TYPE<\/h4>\n\n<p>When you have chosen a type, you can produce different statistics.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work order<\/h5>\n\n<p>Here are a number of additional filters to set up to get the exact statistics you need.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Show canceled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show signed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show invoiced <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show number of measures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show ordered parts <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show response time <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show completion time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The result is displayed in a table, in a compilation and a csv file to download for further processing.\u00a0 <a class=\"heroickb_exit_link\" href=\"?hkb-redirect&#038;nonce=d75c3df6d1&#038;check=4g73s&#038;redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.serviceprotokoll.se%2Fen%2Fkb%2Fopen-csv-files-in-excel%2F&#038;otype=unknown&#038;oid=0&#038;source=block-content\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"19124\">Tip how to convert a csv file to xlms fcan be found here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>Select sorting by clicking on the headings. An arrow shows which sorting is being done (see Image 3)<\/p>\n\n<p>If you want to review an individual order, click on the order <strong>number<\/strong> in the list.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service protocol<\/h5>\n\n<p>Lists all service protocols with information about when the protocol was created and executed, whether it was signed and sent to the accounting program, and the gross and net value of the articles. <strong>Total time<\/strong> is the sum of all time articles. on the service protocol.<\/p>\n\n<p>Below the list of service protocols is a summary of the service points from the protocols.&#13;\n&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Do you only want to see time on the <strong>Service Order<\/strong>? Choose to display the <strong>Total Time category<\/strong> in the Service Order list view. Summary appears at the bottom below the articles. An arrow shows which sort you have selected. Therefore, you will e.g. not get the correct values \u200b\u200bif you have the <em>Time report setting<\/em> &#8220;Include all bookings from the planner&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sales order<\/h4>\n\n<p>Here you get a list of the value of ordered articles (gross and net) as well as information about whether a confirmation has been sent and whether the order has been invoiced.<\/p>\n\n<p>Below the list of sales orders, a summary is displayed \u2013 <strong>Total gross sum of all ordered articles.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/PS_EN_statistic_SA.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21484\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The compilation can be downloaded as a csv file. Click on the csv symbol on the right side of the page.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quotation<\/h4>\n\n<p>Gives a list of quotations with this information:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>quotation number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if an order is generated yes\/no and date of this<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>date when the quote was created.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sales order article<\/h4>\n\n<p id=\"FOartiklar\">Provides statistics for deliveries per item on sales orders.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>How it works:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The statistics show one row per delivery (not just totals)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every time the delivered quantity changes, a new row is created in the statistics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery date is based on when the change was made in the system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Both increases and decreases in delivered quantities are shown (e.g. corrections)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Information displayed per line:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Article number and description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ordered amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity delivered (for that particular event)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nettopris<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Net amount for the line<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Other:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Also included are articles linked via service objects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Totals are based on all delivery events, not just the current value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provides a more accurate and detailed picture of what has actually been delivered over time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Good to know:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This feature is not backward compatible. Older data will lack history because the system previously did not save enough information to recreate each individual delivery linked to an article line.
