Quotation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In addition to .pdf, you can now also upload and attach files to a quote in the formats .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .doc, docx\u201d and .xlsx. You choose which files to attach when you send an e-mail to the quotation recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There’s a new notification to set if you use digital (external) signing on quotations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on your name and you will be taken to your account settings. Under Notifications you will find Offer signed via open access link.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Show assigned to ..<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In the same way as in To Do, you can now choose to show assigned to a certain technician in all kind of Orders, Customer and Facility. Click on the filter\/search symbol and select which technician you want to search for. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Search tips<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

A * (asterisk) before an order number gives you a hit on that exact number. If there are orders with number higher they will also be listed. Ex. *171 will also give you 1710 and so on.
One ; (semicolon) gives the opportunity to search for several order numbers. No spaces between the order numbers, type like this: 756;759:2143
A $ (dollar sign) before a customer name in To Do gives a direct hit to the name. Especially good if you have short customer names to search among.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order labeling is displayed in list views and is searchable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
