You do know that you can print SO via the collection function nowadays? Make a search selection, click the collection function symbol, select which orders you want to print and click Print.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The latest change in the function is that self-defined fields have been added to the printout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The planner<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
There is now a function to spread out long bookings over several days in the Planner. For example. if you are sick for a week, the system (based on set working hours) adds it on every day – instead of in one lump as before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Planner – Resource there is a new entry called “list” where a list of bookings is created. (Just need some styling :)) In addition, two different ways to display a day view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Subscribe to the Planner calender<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Click on your username to access your account settings. Copy and use the ICS (Google\/outlook\/iOS) link to activate the subscription. The subscription is active for 1 month. When the month have past you will get a notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Notifications?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Do you want e-mail or notification when orders or entries in the system are created or changed? We have added more choices for notifications, for example when a sales order is created or changed or a quote is signed. Click on your username to set your preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Storage \/ Article register<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Added ordered and available to better display current stock on article record under the “In Stock” tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
In Storage is added order point = quantity when it is time to order more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
