Now you can also add images to the text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the service template you want to add an image to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the question mark on the service point you want to add a picture to. (<em>Image 1<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <em>Add Image<\/em>. (<em>Image 2<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select image on your computer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <em>Done.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <em>Save changes<\/em> (ie save changes to the template).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/PS_EN_template_click_questionmark.png\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Image 1.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/PS_EN_template_add_image.png\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Image 2.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The image will now appear on the protocol when you click on the question mark to the right of the service point.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment required on self-control?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>When you create a self-check, you can now require a comment in order to proceed in the self-check.<br>Click on the speech bubble (no 8 in the image below) to make it a little brighter. The comment is written in the Comment field when performing the self-check, which is why you must have marked &#8220;Has comment&#8221; as well (no. 5 in the image below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image.png\" alt=\"Denna bild har ett alt-attribut som \u00e4r tomt. Explanation of the numbers can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/knowledge-base\/skapa-och-anvanda-mallar-och-egenkontroller\/#egenkontroll\">HERE.<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subgroup logo setting<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you want to use different logos to your subgroups? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <em>Group Settings &#8211; Module Settings &#8211; Group Settings.<\/em> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <em>Add Image<\/em> under the subgroup you want to add a logo to.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The logo will be added to prints associated with the subgroup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change the order of your custom fields<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Under many functions, you can create self-defined fields to adapt the system to your specific needs. The function is available on customer, work order, facility, agreement, quote, sales order, service order and contact order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have created several self-defined fields on a function, for example on Facility, you may want to choose the order in which they should be added to the facility record.
