Read this!<\/h4>\n\n<p>Now you can create different messages for your booking confirmations. Work orders, service orders and contact orders have all received their own fields in <em>Email settings<\/em>. It can, for example, be an article that includes consumables in connection with the work. Additional articles are automatically added to the order\u00a0<strong>when you sign\u00a0<\/strong>an order.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>Aa additional article<\/em> is based on an <strong>article group<\/strong> and the surcharge is applied to <strong>\u00a0all<\/strong>\u00a0articles in that article group when the article appears in an order.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you do not have article groups, you will not see this setting option in <em>Article settings<\/em>. Being able to add <strong>new<\/strong> article groups is a user permission.<br\/><br\/><strong>This is how it works:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Group settings &#8211; Article settings (requires admin permissions)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose an article that you created just for this purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put in a percentage how much the surcharge should be<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter a cost limit (maximum price) for the surcharge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specify which<strong>\u00a0article group<\/strong>\u00a0the surcharge should be added to. The same article can appear as a surcharge in several article groups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>All types of working time must have a percentage markup of 5% to cover consumables.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An article is created and named <em>Consumables<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The surcharge is set at 5% with a maximum price of \u20ac 40<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All forms of work are given article group <em>Working time<\/em>: working time, overtime, weekend &#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Then when work is added to an order, the system calculates from the cost of the working time what the article <em>Consumables<\/em> will be and adds it as an entry under <em>Articles.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>In order to distinguish between different surcharges, the article number, on the article that generated the surcharge, is now added after the name of the article.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PS_EN_WO_additional_articles.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16954\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duplicate agreement<\/h4>\n\n<p>Now you can create new agreements by duplicating an existing agreement. You will find a link for that at the bottom of the agreement you want to copy.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change when you use customer signature<\/h4>\n\n<p>We have changed the flow when using customer signature and the buttons for the different signatures are now next to each other.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The technician signs first<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The technician clicks Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PS_EN_signatures.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16800\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Have you created your own booking confirmation template?
