Customer signature on work order<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Just like on service orders, you can now activate customer signatures on work orders. You can find the settings in Group settings – Module settings – Work order settings<\/em>. There you will also find more requirements that can be set for a work order to be signed. To set these, admin rights are required.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Updating the position of several facilities via the collection function is done quickly and easily<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Do this:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Go to Register – Facility.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the collection icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click + Collection function to open the map.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Mark all facilities you want to update by clicking Yes<\/em> after any facility under the heading Has an address,<\/em> then all those who have an address will be marked or\u00a0 mark all those who have No<\/em> under Has place<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Then click on the text Update position from address<\/em> on the left under the map. Now the system will search for those who have an address but not a position and mark these.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Then click Save on the right under the map. Done!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    This function disappears if you uncheck the Service order setting Show status.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    New Service order setting<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    If you do not want to use the system’s \u201cStatus\u201d field and expression on service orders, you can choose to remove it. Uncheck Show status<\/em> in the Service order settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This has been requested by customers who have chosen to create Custom status<\/em> for service orders and\/or want service orders to be more like work orders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Cost center<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Field for Cost Center have been added to Agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you have a cost center at the facility, this can be included in the quotation when you print with your own print template. Use the {Facility} tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Duplicate Quotation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    At the bottom of a quote there is now a link to duplicate a quote.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Filter on single column<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    By selecting the list view and clicking the arrow next to a category, entering a search term and clicking enter, you can filter in that particular column. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
