News regarding Quotation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The start page for Quotation has become a little more like orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. More filtering options. Click the search\/filter button. You can filter on assigned, canceled etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Option to assign yourself or another technician the quote directly via the “gear”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In the “chat bubble” you can write comments without having to open the quote.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    TIP! When you don’t remember what the colors or symbols stand for – click on the question mark and you will get support.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    When you enter Not worked, your number of hours is retrieved. You can also state why you did not work.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Not working?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    When you now click on “Not worked” in the time report, a time line is automatically added with the number of hours you are employed (e.g. 8 hours). Then select the type of your leave (duty leave, Child care…).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    New supplier – Trex Parts<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Do you order articles at Trex Parts (Fricke)? Add the EDI connector like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to Group settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Scroll down to the bottom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click on Add integration<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select Frick<\/strong>e in the drop down list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Enter your organization number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      New setting option to include comments in the printout is now available for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Sales order<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Serviceprotocol<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Work order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        You make the setting under Print settings “Include comments in print.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
