New Service object setting – Force overlapping service intervall <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

The new service object setting “Force overlapping service intervals” is checked by default and if the intervals do not overlap you will receive a warning. You can read more about service intervals<\/a> in the article about adding a service object.<\/p>\n\n

If you uncheck this setting, however, you can enter intervals that do not overlap and you will not receive a warning.<\/p>\n\n

Please note that this only works if you have day intervals, i.e. not if the object is Time-based.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The effect can be, as an example: An object must be serviced 3 times \/ year. You enter 3 intervals and 3 orders are created. As soon as you execute an order, a new one is created based on the executed interval. You will therefore always have 3 orders under Next service.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Now you see which records could not be uploaded. Hover over the green upload mark and a popup will open. In the case of certain errors, you also see why the record could not be uploaded.<\/p>\n\n

Have custom statuses on service order?<\/h4>\n\n

Now you also see these under advanced search\/filter on Service order, in To do and Statistics. We are not quite sure how they will be presented, so changes will be made. Right now, everyone is in a list.<\/p>\n\n

New tags for your templates<\/h4>\n\n

About articles<\/strong> \n{AddedBy} and {AddedDate} has been added on several places. \n{DeliveryDate} for delivery date on serviceorders\/protocol.<\/p>\n\n

Sales order\/Order confirmation: \n{TotalPriceOrdered} – shows the total price for a row where the goods are ordered but not yet delivered \n{TotalPriceOrderedIncVat} – shows total price incl. VAT for a row where the goods are ordered but not yet delivered.<\/p>\n\n

Quotation: {DefaultInterest}- Late payment interest. Requires that you have activated the function in Quotation settings.<\/em><\/p>\n\n
