You can edit the terms!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conditions for the different terms are the same. The standard term “Should be addressed” always gives a note that a measure is \u200b\u200brequired and opens to create a work order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admin permissions are required to add new terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Go to Group settings<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Click Service Protocol Settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Scroll down to Check Point Settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Fill in the desired terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Save<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    History on Serviceorder<\/h4>\n\n

    History is available for many functions – now also on Service order. In the History you can follow changes made to the order. The function is so far only available on the order, not on the service protocol.<\/p>\n\n

    New facility setting regarding position<\/h4>\n\n

    Do you want to avoid the system asking to add the facility’s address based on your position when executing an order? Then disable this option in the Facility settings.<\/em><\/p>\n\n
