Now it&#8217;s possible.<\/p>\n\n<p>The technician must be assigned to the order. The setting requires admin permissions.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Do this:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to<em> Group settings<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the user who should have the permssion to clear his part.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under <em>Work order<\/em>, select &#8220;Set individual ready&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now the user will see a new button &#8211; <strong>Set ready.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>During work, you as a technician do the following:<\/p>\n\n<p>When you&#8217;re done, click<strong> Set ready.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The signature box opens and you sign your work.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PS_EN_assigned_set_ready.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20599\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Under <strong>Assigned<\/strong>, you now see a mark that you have marked and signed your part of the work.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.serviceprotokoll.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PS_EN_assigned_check.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20601\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>If you have the permission to sign, you also have the sign button. Always start by clicking with <strong>Set ready<\/strong>.
