New user permission<\/h4>\n\n

When performing a service protocol, you can add a service object. To be able to add a service object, this permission is required.<\/p>\n\n

Click on the user’s name in Group Settings. Scroll down to Service Protocol<\/em> and you will now see a new permission – “Add Service Objects”.<\/p>\n\n

The setting requires admin permission.<\/p>\n\n

Choose default for your own print template – mark the star<\/h4>\n\n

By clicking the star to the right of a template in the settings, you specify which template should be displayed at the top of the popup. If you have not marked a print template with the star, it is always the standard template, i.e. the one included in the system, that is displayed.<\/p>\n\n

Purchase Order – Small change in status and colors<\/h4>\n\n

Just like with other orders, you can see the status of your purchase orders through the color markings. We have clarified what the color purple means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Green: Created, i.e. Planned for the future. <\/em>Green can also mean that the order has no date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orange: Sent<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purple: Partially delivered<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blue: Done i.e. Fully delivered<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Red marks a missed (passed) delivery date.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Customer signatur on Sales order<\/h4>\n\n

You can now use customer signatures on sales orders as well. Activate the feature in Group Settings – Sales Order Settings<\/em> under Signature Settings<\/em>. You can also choose to require a customer signature to mark the order as complete.<\/p>\n\n

Save a favorite filter<\/h4>\n\n

With admin permissions you can save favorites that is shown for all users<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Now you can save a favorite filter in (almost) every place you search. Click Save Settings<\/strong> and a popup will appear where you can choose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have admin permissions, you can save filters that will be visible to everyone in your group. You will see more choices when you click Save Settings.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Change VAT type and type (business\/private) on customer<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Since you can now specify both the type (Business or Private) and choose whether VAT should be added to the customer’s orders, etc., we have added a way for you to set this via the collection function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inactivate articles<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

We have in the Article register’s collection function added so that you can inactivate multiple articles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Added tags to the Rental module in the Planner<\/h4>\n\n

We have begun development of the Rental Module. As a first step, the tags you have placed on objects are now selectable in the planner.<\/p>\n\n
