New Service point settings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Select which service point statuses you want to use. By default, all are selected except “Monitor”. The setting can be found in Group Settings \u2013 Service Protocol Settings.<\/em> The setting then applies to all your service orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Started and marked complete protocols are not affected by any change in the settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New feature<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Under the “gear” (1) you will find a new setting – Open orders in new tab<\/em>. This will cause every order you click on to open in a new tab in your browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Group Settings – Planner Settings<\/em>, you can choose whether to display the time on bookings in the planner (2). The setting can be found under the View Settings<\/em> heading – Show time on bookings<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New user permission<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Should a user only see their assigned orders in the Planner? Go to Group Settings,<\/em> click on the user and select Edit permissions.<\/em> Scroll down to the Planner<\/strong> heading and select View assigned.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Correction regarding permissions<\/h4>\n\n

Do you have the permission under Article Settings<\/strong> \u2013 Change which user added an article<\/em>? For this to work, the permission setting for the Planner<\/strong> \u2013 Assign<\/em> is also required.<\/p>\n\n

Statistics on Article group or Supplier<\/h4>\n\n

Do you want to extract statistics on articles and be able to filter by article group<\/a> or supplier<\/a>? Now you can!<\/p>\n\n

  1. Select Articles<\/em> in\u00a0Function <\/strong>\u2013 Statistics<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Update<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Fill in the article group or supplier you want to filter on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Update<\/strong> again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
