Before work – start a timer<\/h3>\n\n

Do you want to start a timer to record travel and\/or work on a work order or service order?<\/p>\n\n

Do this:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Go to the order you are going to work on (work or service order). Click Start timer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The timers box will open. Select Start trip<\/strong> or Start work<\/strong>. You may need to refresh the page to see the timer running.<\/p>\n\n

A red ! (exclamation mark) indicates that you have a timer running.<\/p>\n\n

When you are finished with the trip\/work, click the Start timer<\/strong> again link or the timer symbol<\/strong> and select Finish work<\/strong>. Click on the assignment or Other to which the time should be linked. The time is now registered on the order.<\/p>\n\n

If you choose to start a timer this way, do so before<\/strong> clicking Edit or Perform Service.<\/p>\n\n

New setting on service templates – Require image on service point<\/h3>\n\n

When creating a new service template<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Click on the image symbol to set that a image is required when performing the service point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you already have a service template and want to add this feature.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Enter the service template and click Edit<\/strong>. Click on the image symbol and Save the change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want the change to take effect in all places where the template is used (service objects and service orders), click Updated linked service points<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Cancel service order, service protocol and agreement<\/h3>\n\n

Click Cancel<\/strong> at the bottom of the page. A pop-up will open where you can enter a reason for the cancellation. The text you enter will appear in red at the top of the order\/protocol\/agreement.<\/p>\n\n

If you cancel a service order, all service protocols linked to the order will also be canceled.<\/p>\n\n

You can cancel individual protocols without affecting the service order.<\/p>\n\n

Being able to cancel is a permission that needs to be set per function (under the headings Service, Service Protocol, Agreement<\/em>) for the users who should be able to cancel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancelled protocols can be searched for via the filter function.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Generate backorders – but keep all articles on the original order<\/h3>\n\n

When you want to keep the articles on a work order, select Keep articles on order<\/em> in the popup.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Use the system’s search hint function. Click ? in the search box to get tips for better results. The help function is available in all places where you can search for orders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Sending sms (text messages) from a service protocol<\/h3>\n\n

Sending sms is only available in Sweden.<\/p>\n\n

Print with your own template in more places<\/h4>\n\n

You can now choose your own print templates also on the collection function for Work Orders and Service Protocols.<\/p>\n\n
