New Group setting concerning uploaded files<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Now you finally have the option to choose whether uploaded images and documents should be visible to your customer users by default. When you upload a file, the option “Uploads shown to customer as default” is always checked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This option is not standard so those of you who want this new setting need to select it.The setting requires admin permission. Go to Group Settings<\/em><\/a> – Group Settings – Group Settings<\/em> (yes, it should say three times :)) Select the option “Uploads shown to customer as default”.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

News in the Planner<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Under the gear wheel in the Planner there is a new setting option: “Wrap text on bookings”. See image 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This setting makes the names of customers and facilities to wrap instead of “disappearing” to the right. See image 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Planner Settings<\/em> you can choose whether to show status<\/strong> on bookings. This setting is selected by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you do not want to see the status of bookings, click out of the selection: Show status of bookings<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The setting requires admin permissions and is made in Group Settings – Planner Settings.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
