Fast add<\/h5>\n\n

Fast Add<\/strong> is now also available for Articles to be Ordered<\/strong> on Work Orders<\/strong>. Fast Add means you don’t have to click Edit<\/strong> on a work order to add articles.<\/p>\n\n

You need to have chosen the Work Order Settings<\/em> – Use fast add articles<\/span><\/em>\u00a0 and Show articles to be ordered<\/span><\/em>. The setting requires admin permission.<\/p>\n\n

Require service object picture on create<\/em>When you create a new service item by clicking the + symbol in the Service object field on a Work Order, you must also add an image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Work order setting<\/em> “Save contact person on facility and customer cards” also applies to Sales order, Contact order and Fault Report! The save setting is default.<\/p>\n\n

How to adjust agreement prices<\/h2>\n\n

Have you created agreements where invoiced prices need to be indexed?<\/p>\n\n

  • Go to Agreement<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Click on the collection function symbol<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Mark the agreements to be adjusted<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Enter a percentage in the Discount Gross Price Adjustment %<\/strong> and\/or Gross Price Adjustment %<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Click Apply<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
