To make it a little easier for those of you who are choosing service protocol settings, here is a summary of new possible settings added in January – February this year.<\/p>\n\n

Standard\u00a0Service object status<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If you set which status should be the default, you don’t have to choose a status every time you create a new service object.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the star after the status that should be the default so that the star turns black.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requires model<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To be able to create new service objects, you must select a model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Require service object picture on create<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Description field is not displayed, but Model is instead mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Require service object picture on create<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

When you create a new service object by clicking the + symbol in the service object field on a work order<\/strong>, you need to also add an image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Require order type to save order<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You cannot save the work order without selecting an order type. \u00a0Learn about order types here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Require measure to mark orders as ready<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You must add a measure to mark the work order complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Save the contact person on the facility and customer card<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The setting now also applies to sales orders<\/strong>, contact orders<\/strong> and fault reports.<\/strong> The setting to save is selected by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the Item Setting “Use VAT per article row” you can change the VAT on the article row. Here you see the edit mode which means you see the total price including VAT (88:-)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Use VAT per article row<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you want to be able to change the VAT on an individual article, select the article setting \u201cUse VAT per article row\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Without this article setting, the VAT field is locked, meaning you cannot change the VAT. With this setting, you can change the VAT on the article row.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conditions: The customer setting \u201cShow VAT type\u201d is required. Admin permission are required to activate the setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
