New setting on Fault reports<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Should the work order you generate from a fault report always contain information about a service object? One way to ensure this is to set the Fault Report Settings<\/em> – “Require a service object to generate work order”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If service objects are missing, you will receive a popup informing you that you must add one in order to create a work order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The setting requires admin permissions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Which storage is missing parts?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To make it clearer which storages you need to “order short” for, these storages have a red exclamation mark in the right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, the developers took the opportunity to add the same clear warning to Fault reports (which are not handled), Agreements (where sales orders are to be created) and Service objects (which lack their next service).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Work on time report in progress<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We have made some layout changes to make time reporting easier on mobile devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can now choose to enter time with start and end instead of number of hours, e.g. 07:15 – 15:45. To set this, go to Time report settings<\/em> and select “Enter time using start and end”. This setting is usefully combined with the Article setting<\/em> – “Enter quantity in hours and minutes”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have also added the ability to add custom fields to time reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The setting requires admin permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In image 3 we have added a “CUSTOM FIELD” and set a couple of “Suggestions” and use the Time report setting<\/em> “Enter time using start and end”. Note that this setting cannot take into account set breaks, you must enter the times you actually worked yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
