New settings for supplier invoices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Supplier invoices have two new features:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Setting for attestation permissions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Set standard markup (Expression) in the same way as you can do per supplier in the integration settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Requires admin permission<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    New service protocol settings to choose from<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    “Allow adding articles to performed service object parts\/time from details view” and “Allow adding articles to service protocol “other materials\/time” from details view”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When you select this setting, +Add tim<\/em>e and +Add articles<\/em> appear on the service protocol.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Comments on manually added performed services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    When you add a performed service to a service object, you can now add a comment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    When you have more than 10 objects on an order, you can search service objects.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
    \n

    Number of service objects and search on the protocol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If you have 10 or more service objects on an order, you can now search among the service objects. You can search by description, model, machine number, serial number or scan a QR code on the object.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You see the number of service objects on the order (in the screenshot there is 11\/11) and if you search, the first number shows the number of hits you get in the search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This makes it easier, especially when you are performing partial services and cannot perform the service in the order in which the objects are located.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Self-check on Service protocol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    You can now add Self-checks in Perform\/Edit mode on Service protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Mandatory self-checks continue to work as before: they appear when required and cannot be removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Map<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We have gone back to Google Maps. Unfortunately, the alternative map did not work as well as we wanted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Quote + Customer + custom fields<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    By creating custom fields that are the same in Customer Settings<\/em> as in Quote Settings<\/em>, the information from the customer card is sent into quotes that you create for the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As usual, you must be careful to give the custom fields exactly the same name for this to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
