It is not possible to add an articles by clicking +Add Time/Article without opening the work order. Applies if you have the Work Order setting “Use fast add articles”.
Temporary solution: select Edit on the work order.

When a service order is partially performed, the protocol got a new number. This means that the link from the protocol to the service order was broken.
Merge protocol still works as intended.
Technicians with only the permission “View assigned” on Service orders were denied access when attempting to enter a service protocol.
