If you have forgotten your password or want to change your password click on the link “Have you forgotten your password?” in the login box. Fill in your user name. The recovery link message will be sent to the email address associated with your user account.
Admin account
When you, as a new customer, create an account/group on Serviceprotocol.com you will automatically be granted admin permission and are thereby able to add other users and edit group settings. You can also set admin permissions for other users.
