You can edit the terms!

The conditions for the different terms are the same. The standard term “Should be addressed” always gives a note that a measure is ​​required and opens to create a work order.

Admin permissions are required to add new terms.

Do this:

  • Go to Group settings
  • Click Service Protocol Settings
  • Scroll down to Check Point Settings
  • Fill in the desired terms
  • Save

History on Serviceorder

History is available for many functions – now also on Serviceorder. In the History you can follow changes made to the order. The function is so far only available on the order, not on the service protocol.

New facility setting regarding position

Do you want to avoid the system asking to add the facility’s address based on your position when executing an order? Then click out of this selection in the Facility settings.

Standard delivery address on Purchase order

In Purchase order settings, you can add a standard delivery address
This is how it looks on the Purchase Order.

In the Purchase order settings, you can enter one or more standard delivery addresses.

The addresses are then displayed as a drop down list when you place the cursor in the Address Row 1 field.
