Are there more people than you on an order?
If more than one person has simultaneously clicked Edit on an order or customer card, you will see a symbol for each person in the upper left corner.
The function is, for now, only available on computers and tablets, not on mobile.
We changed the logo
Our system is called Serviceprotocol.com, so we thought it would be better to use that logo on the login box instead of the company logo – OO Software AB.
Move files in and out of folders
Did the uploaded file end up in the wrong folder? Easy fix! Drag and drop the file into the correct folder.
Add images on Work order under Measures
Click Edit to add images to actions.
