25-05-22 – Keyboard shortcuts, creating quotes more smoothly

These keyboard shortcuts can be used in Serviceprotocol.com:

Alt+N: New
Alt+S: Save
Alt+E: Edit (open an order to edit)
Alt+C: Cancel
Alt+L: Back to index (list view)
Alt+K: Upload (opens the Explorer/ Finder)
Alt+Right: Next
Alt+Left: Previous
Alt+Down: Go to action buttons (at the bottom of a page)

Alt: Hold down the Alt key when you’ve forgotten what the keyboard shortcuts are and a pop-up with the commands will appear.

Create a quote from a service protocol

If you create a quote based on points that need to be addressed on a Service Protocol, you will now receive your default quote settings – the standard description, payment terms, delivery date and late payment interest.

More concerning quotation

The delivery address you put on a quote is now included when you generate a purchase order.
