25-10-22 – New settings for uploaded files and in the planner

New Group setting concerning uploaded files
Now you finally have the option to choose whether uploaded images and documents should be visible to your customer users by default. When you upload a file, the option “Uploads shown to customer as default” is always checked.
This option is not standard so those of you who want this new setting need to select it.
The setting requires admin permission. Go to Group Settings – Group Settings – Group Settings (yes, it should say three times :)) Select the option “Uploads shown to customer as default”.


News in the Planner
Under the gear wheel in the Planner there is a new setting option: “Wrap text on bookings”. See image 1.
This setting makes the names of customers and facilities to wrap instead of “disappearing” to the right. See image 2.

In Planner Settings you can choose whether to show status on bookings. This setting is selected by default.
If you do not want to see the status of bookings, click out of the selection: Show status of bookings
