The Excel import for service orders supports the following column headings:
OrderNo. – Enter integers only. Blank or 0 gives the next available order number.
Machinnr, MachineNo. or MachineNumber – existing machine number.
CustomerNo. – existing customer number.
SerialNo, MachineSerial, MachineSerialNo or MachineSerialNumber – existing serial number.
Date, Date or Startdatum – order date.
Planned – used if none of the above date headers exist.
Created – used if neither the date nor planned column exists.
Status – if you enter a numeric value:
• 0 = Not Handled
• 1 = Waiting For Delivery
• 2 = Ready For Service
• 3 = Performed
• 4 = Started
• 5 = Custom
Assign – assigned technician username.
DayInterval – service interval in days.
The headings are case insensitive and spaces around the heading are removed. A suitable template is:
Ordernr | CustomerNo | MachineNo | SerialNo | Datum | Status | Assign | DayInterval
Important:
- Unknown or custom columns are ignored. The import does not support custom fields.
- Use CustomerNo together with MachineNo or SerialNo to ensure the correct connection. The customer and service object must normally already be added to your group.
- Date should be a real Excel date cell. If you enter the date as text, the import may give today’s UTC date.
- Assign looks up the user on Username only.
- Import may be slow if you upload files that are too large.
Note: You cannot import articles on Service orders.
