API

Service protocol has an open API. To access this follow these steps:

(Admin permission to Serviceprotocol.com is required.)

Do this:

1. Go to the Group Settings page. You reach group settings by clicking on your username and selecting Go to admin page.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Click on Add integration.
4. Select Remote API.
5. Click Save to save the key.
6. Once you have the key, you can authenticate yourself. https://api.serviceprotokoll.se/swagger/ui/index#!/Auth/Auth_GetToken

To retrieve information, you can call the different endpoints under each part. For example, work orders: https://api.serviceprotokoll.se/swagger/ui/index#!/RemoteWorkOrder/RemoteWorkOrder_GetArticlesCSV
